Here is something that avid book lovers will appreciate. Readmoo and the Taiwan Hospitality B&B Association announced a collaboration that will let travellers continue with their reading even while on vacation. As the site eReaderPro stated, travellers will be provided with Readmoo e-book reader devices as well as content for reading. The offer is open and will be live until September 30, 2024.
During this period, anyone staying in what has been designated as ‘reading rooms’ in any of the 15 high-quality B&Bs under Haoke B across Taiwan will be able to avail of the offer. The B&Bs participating in the program have a presence in eight countries, as well as all the major cities and tourist hotspots in Taiwan.
Readmoo said travellers could borrow a 10.3-inch mooInk Pro e-reader device. Such e-readers come pre-loaded with a diverse range of content, which includes e-books, magazines, novels, and so on, that has been carefully curated to suit the tastes of varied users. Those include best-selling titles as well as books related to travel.
Readmoo also stated that incentives will be provided to its members. For instance, those with membership status of Knight or above are eligible for special discounts at designated locations. Plus, exclusive gifts will be provided as well. To avail of the offer, members will have to show their membership screen during the check-in process.
The partnership is believed to enrich travellers’ experiences. They can enjoy the place they are visiting and gain better insight by reading the content provided. That includes an idea of the local culture and people, their customs and rituals, etc. Not to mention, e-readers also allow for a more eco-friendly means of reading.
Travellers passionate about reading will likely carry their own devices and content, but the Readmoo and B&B partnership will give them content relevant to the region they visit. This creates a unique collaboration that promotes the Readmoo e-readers and local tourism, including cultural and ecological tourism.
